How to avoid overheating?

How to charge the power bank properly?
1. For best results, please use a 5V/3A 9V/2.22A 12V/1.67A or above specification PD charger and a USB-C to C Cable to charge the power bank.

Why does my power bank provide less power than expected?
Since AC/DC conversion and circuit heating consume about 40% of the capacity, a fully charged 10000mAh power bank will provide about 6250mAh to your devices.
Also, avoid using power-intensive apps while charging.
·When the product enters the protection state like short circuit, over-discharge, it will show no output. It can be reactivated by short-pressing the switch button or connecting the external power adapter
·When the ambient temperature exceeds the normal operating range, the protection phenomenon may occur and the discharge will stop. Just move the product to a normal temperature environment and let it stand for a while, and click the button to restore.
·Do not expose the product to excessive temperature or areas which may become hot, such as vehicles, sun exposure, heaters, etc. Do not store the product in a non-ventilated space for a long time, such as handbags.
·Please check the product interface for metal contaminants or water stains before use.
